Testimonials
I’d never been to a counsellor for 1-on-1 counselling before. Matt was very knowledgeable, understanding and easy to work with. Although I only saw him for 6 sessions, I feel like I made a lot of progress in that limited time.

Matt was a very effective therapist, as he helped me to move forward in the challenging process of overcoming a variety of relationship challenges that I have faced (a number of which I would venture to say are common in many relationships

Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me, for giving the feeling that I am being listened to, important that thanks to your workshops I can look at my life from different perspectives.

Matt gave me inspiration to work on myself in several areas. I learned how important it is to appreciate your own causative role in managing your life. How much depends on the language in which we express our own thoughts, whether we express in it a belief about external factors that determine our mood, or express ourselves with a sense of responsibility for ourselves, our behavior and its effects.
Matt is able to listen carefully, he notices a lot, carefully observes and captures the most important elements of speech, thanks to which he can very accurately identify areas or problems that are worth dealing with.
He is extremely empathic, accepting, gentle, attentive and wise. I leave the meeting with him calmer, more accepting my situation, my difficulties and myself.
It will be easier for me now, I am very grateful. ”
