Day time recharge & inspiration programmes with short sessions

We designed effective and fun programmes in short session, participants can be inspired through various activities in the 3 hours programme.

Nature re-connection

In this programme, participants will learn to experience the oneness with nature and deep connection to mother earth. They will feel supported on mental, physical and spiritual level, Gaining love, confidence and energy for the present moment and the future. Once we learn to see live on a different level with peacefulness and gratitude, many problems in life vanish. Through a series of practical exercises, participants will experience boundless connection and love from surrounding nature elements, and animals.




During this 3 hour Mindful Adventure, participants will:

  • Learn Tree meditation with ancient Taoist philosophy to cleanse and re-charge their energy
  • Practice using 4 elements for their changes in life.
  • Experience Being one, united with nature with 6 senses  
  • Be introduced to Shinrin-yoku (forest bath) – Japanese national forest medicine program
  • Experience mindful communication animals ( foxes, chickens, goose, dog and cat)

Mindful living

Practising mindfulness is about being present in any moment and everyday life activities. It helps us to keep a clear mind, open up space for new ideas and inspirations. Positive psychology is a sister of mindfulness, showing us new ways of seeing our emotions, challenges in life and happiness. 

Once we experience and understand that all is connected, all is one, we will look at the events happening to us in a new way. 

During this 3 hour Mindful Adventure, participants will experience:

  • Feeling of peacefulness, inner silence and harmony
  • simple mindfulness practices and skills to help manage stress and regain power
  • New ways of seeing our emotions like anger, fear, sadness with positive psychology tips
  • The understanding that everything is one, is connected and happens for a reason
  • Gong healing sounds for inner peace and harmony
  • Mindful eating and tea ceremony

Arts & Craft for Peace and Joy

Happiness and peace is in everything we do. Creative process of making art  improves physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Art & Craft programme encourages creativity, self-expression and sensations that are generally suppressed and not experiences in the conventional workplace.

The key is to learn how to be present in everything we do. You don’t need to be an “artist” to create something, just grand yourself a time to have fun expressing yourself. The peace and joy will come along. Participants will be surprised by the new discoveries about themselves through this journey of self awareness.

Brief introduction will be given, then participants will decide what media of arts & craft they would like to make their experiments.
