Stopping the internal dialogue and going beyond your mind

According to neuroscience, we can rewire our brain at any age. In practice, It just gets difficult over time, to make fundamental changes. Our old habits, childhood experiences, genetics, family karma, failed attempts in the past, and many other factors stop us from becoming the person we want to be. The biggest obstacle to change is ourselves. Our mind that holds the view of who we are, the identity. Trying to change it using the rules and methods from our mind is a long and difficult process.

What if we could learn to go beyond the world of our mind, the world of EGO?

  • We will explore techniques that help us to stop our internal dialogue (the inner critic) and act freely.
  • We will learn how to enter state of presence in which everything we think about ourselves, all social roles, limitations disappear, giving us a chance to reshape ourselves in the way we want.

Always busy and/or anxious: How to meditate and sit and do nothing?

At the beginning of my growth path, always just after I reached state of a peace of mind, my dreams started to be extremely violent. Also some events occurred, or maybe I subconsciously attracted them to derail me and bring me back to old paths and habits. I also felt tired and needed more time to sleep, or to digest.

For a busy or anxious person, starting a mindfulness meditation might increase the anxiety for a short time. That is because, becoming more present uncovers the uncertainty and our escape mechanisms that we were not aware of. 

This is a healthy (detoxifying) process, making it possible for us to heal and make dramatic changes in our lives. After some time time, joy and peacefulness started to arise, violent dreams stopped and I became ahead of my urges to escape from confronting my fears and limitation.

I will share my knowledge&experience, as well as practical techniques with you of how to be present in a busy and uncertain environment.  And how to manage your EGO resistance to that, which will tempt you to go back to your old patterns

Matt Biegala

psychologist,experienced psychotherapist. Combines western psychology with holistic methods and far-East ancient teachings. One of Matt’s fundamental goals in studying and practicing mindfulness and deep presence is to create the methods of change that will be suitable for busy ‘city people’, not necessarily spiritual.

Our Guest House

Workshop participants will have the whole guest house exclusively for them. That will encourage further socializing, create a warm & cosy atmosphere. The will sleep in bunk beds on the ground floor. There will be a bathroom, toilet and pantry.

Lounge on the first floor will be a place for some modules of our workshop and chill out zone with a stunning view on our land. The place to relax, use our interesting library, try healing gongs and interact with other participants.
